Sunday, August 26th, 2007Indo Team A. The best team i can ever have or dream of. We might not have the most stellar list of names compared to other teams, but in term of spirits, I have to say we are the very best.
We might be slow starters, but people, seriously speaking, you all never disappoint me eventhough we often have to claw our way back into the matches. You all have the pride of warriors and fight like wounded beasts cornered, ever ready to lash back at opponents fiercelly with claws and fangs, spears and swords. And the best damn thing (quote), You all operate as one unit. A system cannot work without all of its components functioning smoothly. And that is why you are incredible. You are firing at all cylinders, exceeding everyone’s expectation and proven formulae. Yet, you all share the same proud lionheart, unyielding, unsubdued, so ever determined to grasp your rightly places in the history of boarding school. As the captain, i am … well, left speechless and i can only hope that i have fight well enough to deserve this honoured position.
However, this battle is over. We have certainly earned the win deservedly. Yet, this year’s war is far from over. Especially for sec 4 people. Apek, Bebek, Chandra, Ervan, Sutan, and also for year 6 senior Royce…. you all will have to embrace your Prelim exams sooner than later.
I am hopeful that you all will prepare your exams with the same burning fire in your bellies, with the same doggedness and persistence. So, I wish you all the very best. I also will fight my own fight with the same spirit from now on.
P.S: for Nicky, enjoy your life for now. hahaha…lucky shit!
